Your Privacy, Plain and Simple
Campbell Fridge Pros is a free referral service — we connect you with an independent local contractor. So we collect very little about you, and only what we need to arrange your repair.
What we collect
When you call us at (408) 539-4685, we get:
- Your phone number — so we can call you back about your repair.
- Service details — the brand and model of your fridge, the symptom you described, your address in Campbell (or nearby) so the contractor can get to you, and the date and time of your visit.
If you browse this site, standard web analytics may log anonymous visit data — which pages were viewed, roughly how long someone stayed. Nothing tied to your name.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
- We don't share your phone number or address with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run ads that track you around the internet.
When you book a repair, we share your name, phone number, address, and service details with the independent contractor who takes your job — that's how the referral works, and it's the only third-party handoff we make (never for marketing).
How long we keep it
We keep service records — your name, number, and what was repaired — for our own business records, for our own business records. If you want your details removed, call us and ask. We'll do it.
